Located in a peaceful, safe and walkable neighborhood next to the Simmons Island Harbor you are close to Kenosha's downtown shops, restaurants, cafes and museums.

The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit has 2 bedrooms (King & 2 Fulls) and 2 full baths on the second level with a half bath on the main level.

We strive to be more environmentally friendly and provide a safer environment with less chemicals and toxic exposure options such as OEK-TEX fabrics, EWG verified cleaners, stainless steel cookware and wool dryer balls.

You will have access to the whole unit except the owner's closet area in the basement. The home is As Is and the basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.

"Premise" refers to the entire Harborview Condominiums grounds. Registered guests and pre-approved visitors subject to HOA rules. Violations may result in termination of the stay with no refund.

Only registered guests allowed access to the premises. A Hostaway link will be provided at booking to create an account for communication and to provide information if guests are not registered on the booking platform.

Guests' visitors to the premise may only be considered on a pre-approval basis.

Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in.

Street parking is available. One guest car may park in the garage. No full size vehicles or boats allowed in the garage.

No Smoking or Vaping on the premise grounds.

There is a gradual slope to the floors that can be felt throughout but most noticeably in the second bedroom upstairs.
