All four of the bedrooms and the bunk room have beautiful water views. Location is key and this home is located only 3 miles from downtown Ketchikan and walking distance to Rotary Beach. It is only 5 miles to Herring Cove and 1 mile to Mountain Point. A walking path nearby stretches from Mountain Point into downtown. There is a grocery store, sporting goods store, gas station and hardware store conveniently located only 1 mile away. Mountain Point and Herring Cove are the best on the island for shoreline fishing. Saxman Totem Park, the Rainforest Canopy & Zipline and several hiking trails are nearby.
