Tämä 560 neliön jalka 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpyhuone huoneisto nukkuu neljä ja tarjoaa vuoristomaisemat yksityiseltä parvekkeelta sekä ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet keittiössä. Hotelli sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla River Run Villagessa, joten olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja paikallisista juhlatilanteista. Ja olet vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä nopea gondoli.

Olohuoneessa on taulu Smart TV vieressä kaunis kaasu takka sekä mukavat nahka huonekalut. Sohva vetää ulos queen-size-vuode ja ylimääräisiä lakanat ja peitot ovat kaapissa. Omistaja on tarjonnut valikoiman DVD-levyjä, lautapelejä ja kirjoja nautinnollesi ja on luonut paikallisen oppaan, jota voit käyttää. Tämä loma-asunnot kasvot kaukana kylästä tarjoaa kauniit vuoristomaisemat yksityiseltä parvekkeelta, joka sijaitsee aivan asuinalueella.

Everything we expected

This cozy condo was exactly what we were Looking for and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to ski and hike due to the spring like weather. This is our second time renting from this mgmt company and find them to be quite responsive. Thank you!!

Nicely decorated, cozy condo w/ dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, fireplace, sitting balcony, super comfy couch, perfect size for 2 (4 will fit). Awesome location, right in the middle of the little town, only 4 min walk to Gondola. Loved it! Got a great rate, cheaper than any Inn or hotel around. You get discount for ski rental and at some of the restaurants too.

It was really some downtime for us, so we spent a lot of time inside, so we really appreciated all of the HBO channels. The hot tubs were also nice. I just had trouble keeping the temperature regulated as it (condo and building) seemed quite hot--I usually get warm easily. Thanks so much!

The pool was a bit farther of a walk than expected. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be corrected but they did not disrupt our stay. I would definitely recommend Silver Mill.

My reservation was made last minute and because the mgmt company is totally automated, no personal service, I received a threatening email asking for additional info not requested with the initial reservation. I personally usually avoided renting VRBO from rental companies for this very reason.

There were a few things that needed fixing - like a shelf coming off the wall in the entry. However, the whole experience was ruined when I couldn’t get any sleep. The master bed is memory foam. I slept about 3 hours because I was so uncomfortable. Why would somebody put this in a vacation rental? It’s a very personal decision for a bed that only few people like?? Makes no sense!

Leadville 100 mile Run -Keystone Fun

Since we were helping our son-in-law as he raced the Leadville,100 mile, we were not able to fully enjoy the Keystone surroundings until after it was over. The Blues and Art fest were fun and we especially liked the close proximity to the restaurants and shops within walking distance of the lodge. Great idea! We wished the hot tub was available but understand that they were being remodeled. In the actual room #8266, we tried to use the gas fireplace but it wasn't working. You may want to check it out. Please keep us on your mailing list as we would like to come back next summer with family for a longer stay. By the way, my last name is spelled Schwien- not Scheien. Please correct. Not the best stay in Keystone

Reviewer Comments: The pull out couch was very broken and could not be used by our kids. Needless to say, very tired kids can prove to be a challenge on the slopes. Air mattresses were provided. No other units available to move to, so a small credit was issued by the rental agency (less than $100 for 3 nights). Coffee maker was dirty upon arrival. Not sure if sheets in pullout were even clean. The mattress on the pullout was shredded as well. After calling maintenance, no note was left or message lef ton our cell phones as to status of the couch repair. Had to call myself. Probably won't rent through this rental company again.

Okay place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were on a weeklong ski vacation and stayed in this property. He had altitude sickness the entire week, so we spent a lot of time in this condo. Pros: Location was great, walk to the lift was super quick and easy. Amenities in the building were also very nice. Maintenance had to come fix the fireplace and he was super nice. Cons: In the winter, even with the windows closed, there is a lot of traffic in the parking lot outside the condo and it is very noisy. Also, the TV is really outdated. You get cable, but there isn't a guide that I could find and you have DVDs. I love NetFlix and YouTube so having my laptop was a necessity here since we spent a lot of time inside. Lastly, the property management company didn't follow up to make sure my fireplace got fixed (something simple, I know, it's the little things that make the difference). Overall, not bad, I wouldn't pick this unit again based on the noise and TV.

Nice and cozy

This property was small but cozy! Three adults and an infant fit just perfectly without stepping on each other’s toes! Great price especially for the location! If there was one thing to add, it would be a humidifier. But other than that we were pretty pleased!

Great location and Great value. Poor property management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place itself was nice. The location was by far the best thing about it. However, the checking in process made me second guess my decision. They have check in at 4pm in a location a mile away from the place. We called for early check in and they said they would call us as soon as it was ready. They never called so we showed up to pick up the key right around 3:45m. It still wasn’t ready. We waited until 4pm exactly, only for them to tell us it would be ready til 5pm and they would refund us $25 for the hour. They then gave us a key to get into the parking garage of the condo so we could park and walk around the town, but when we arrived the key didn’t even work. They said they would call us if it was ready before 5pm. I hadn’t heard anything from them by 5:15pm so I called them and got no answer. Someone called me back and said “oh your key is ready, did no one call you???” So in short. Great location and great place to stay. But how management handles their check in process and communication is questionable.
