Tule rentoutua meidän 2 makuuhuoneen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa Turtle Point Villa, josta on näkymät 17. väylälle Turtle Point Golf Course. Tämä huvila sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla ja kävelymatkan päässä Kiawah's Five Star Sanctuary -hotellilta ja kylpylältä, Kiawahin turmeltumattomilta rannoilta, East Beach Tennis Centeriltä, Turtle Pointin golfkentältä, East Beach -konferenssikeskukselta ja Town Center -markkinoilta.

Upea laattapinnoite virtaa koko huvilan samalla kaunis parketit ovat molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Rentoudu ja nauti seinälle taulu-tv ja DVD-soitin tai laaja golf / laguunin näkymät viihtyisä olohuone. Outstanding 3 day vacation!

The villa is amazing down to every last detail! A very short walk to the beach and conveniently located to enjoy all the amenities of Kiawah resort. The service from Hillary at ESPM was outstanding. We will be planning our next vacation at Kiawah to stay at this villa again soon.

6 days meeting

I rent this place during a meeting at the convention center. This location was 1.9 miles from the center, but most of the networking was done at the Sanctuary hotel, a brief walk. Location was excellent. 2 adult couple shared and the places is really set up with 2 master suites. Beds were very comfortable. Place was very clean and new and we all enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again next year!!

ESPM is the Best of the Best

We've stayed in various properties on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands over the last 20+ years. ESPM maintains by far the best, cleanest properties; their staff is exceptionally attentive, they're available and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed. We enjoyed our stay here (third time at this property) so much. If/when it sells, we'll go to ESPM to find another great place for us!

When we contacted our rental agent, we were provided with an alternate rental property that was very luxurious. We stayed at that location for one night and then returned to the rental property we originally booked. The villa was beautiful and clean (except for a few ants that appeared in the kitchen) and we could hear the ocean from the deck. The beach was a five minute walk from our villa. We would certainly visit Kiawah Island again.

The Turtle Point Villa location was ideal: 5 min walk to the beach, short bike ride to Tennis Center, and right on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course! We thoroughly enjoyed doing each of these activities all week. Our Condo was neat and clean. AC worked great for this hot summer time! W/D was a bit small and long for 4 adults. Some light switches didn't work and could not figure out how to use ceiling fan in MBedroom without the light being on.

The interior was beautifully decorated, like a beach pottery barn catalogue. Very clean. Our favorite place was the back porch. Rockers and an outdoor dining table for 4. We sat out there all the time and enjoyed the beautiful view over the golf course. Gorgeous old trees, sound of the ocean. Just so relaxing. We saw deer and birds and an alligator chase a mongoose! (In a pond across the golf course.) The place was just perfect. Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure in the master, lots of storage in the bedrooms. Small kitchen, but we still cooked a couple nights. Well equipped. Lots of great dining on the island too. Beach was walkable distance down a path with our 2 little children. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice: Kitchen, furnishings, location, preparation of property, gentleman who came to fix things.Not nice: TV in living room never worked, windows wouldn’t crank open,, lights in living room flickered unless totally on brightest setting, sun porch/small bedroom lamp had no available outlet and in same room switches for overheads placed behind cabinet, disposal got stuck.Recommendations: some “how to use” instructions would have been helpful. Our daughter got ill, and there is no Urgent Care at phone number listed, we had to drive to Charleston. ESPM frequently does not answer phone, email access only. We would have appreciated some placemats, a steamer basket for cooking clams, dishcloths for the kitchen not just a sponge (we couldn’t purchase any at Freshfields)The birding, beach, access to all Kiawah has to offer, naturalists were fantastic. We were there for two weeks, and may not consider renting that same unit.

Enjoyable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It has a fantastic location and great internal layout and decor. We were frustrated by a handful of maintenance issues (e.g., light bulbs out, non-working lamps, window shade missing).

Week of Relaxation in a beautiful home

Loved the beautiful views from all the windows. By myself all week except at night and grandson stayed at night. Daughter in nearby unit. Had a wonderful week to contemplate and relax

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have chosen a better location to stay for our anniversary celebration. The size of villa was more than adequate. We loved seeing wild deer from the back of our deck and around the facility at dusk. We loved being right on the golf course and having our bikes delivered right to our front doorstep. We had every convenience at this villa. My only complaint was that we did have about 10 palmetto bugs throughout the week, gigantic spiders with spider webs formed from ceiling fan in living room and mainly spiders in den area (spiders didn't bother us as much as palmetto bugs).
