This home if perfect for the whole family with plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. This is a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms apartment. This is definitely YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME! The home is fully furnished with all basic amenities and needs.
Home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, not far from the airport and surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas.
Kigali international airport about 30mins away from the home.
Kigali conventional center is about 20 minutes from the home.
Living room has a nice and comfortable sectional with a 65 inch tv
Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans for guest usage.
Washer for guest usage
The masters is spacious with a soft and comfortable queen size bed and fully functional master's bathroom.
The rest of the 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with full size beds.
Home is fully equipped with high speed Internet Wi-Fi and Samsung Television in the living room for your entertainment.
FULL ON SITE 24 HOURS SECURITY TO GUARD THE PROPERTY AND LOOK OUT FOR GUEST SAFETY.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Home has a smart lock that is equipped with a security camera for the safety of all guest and owner.
Absolutely NO PARTIES but small gatherings of no more than 10 is allowed with owner’s approval.
Quiet time hours are from 11pm to 6am out of respect for the neighbors.
Absolutely NO unauthorized overnight guests allowed that are not previously approved during time of reservation.
Unauthorized guests will be charged at a rate of $60 a person per night.
Any damage to the home and the properties within or any lost items will be charge at a rate of $30-500.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME.
Any signs of smoking, there will be a charge of $250
ANIMALS ARE WELCOME! We love animals! Pets are allowed with a $60 deposit fee(exclusive of certified service animals. Please make sure to pick up after your pets and not have them on the furnitures.
Guests are to check out of the home no later than 11am.
