Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps six and includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and access to resort-style amenities. The unit includes a private lanai with panoramic ocean and sunset views, split air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, walk-in showers, and smart TVs. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Sleeping Arrangements: The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with mountain views. The living room offers a queen sofa bed that opens to the lanai with sunset views.

Resort Amenities: Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and lush tropical grounds. The building offers elevator access and free parking. When booking this condo with our management company, we collect the $25 Guest Registration Fee ($35 after November 1, 2025) and pay it to the resort on your behalf (additional vehicles are subject to another $5 per day).

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
