2037 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753 US, LOCATED 50' FROM THE BEST SURFING COVE IN South MAUI WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, our condo is on the second floor of a FRIENDLY 16 unit complex.

From the living room and private lanai you will have VIEWS FROM MAKENA TO THE WEST MAUI MOUNTAINS, including views of the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai.

We even have our own tiny island that you can walk out to through the shallow, sandy waters off our beach. The BEACH IS 50' FROM OUR CONDO with stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), surfing, kayaking, snorkeling and fishing all year long.

There is also a park with a playground, volleyball court, baseball field and two skating complexes. The living room and lanai have views of sunsets, whales during season, surfers, SUP's and outriggers (the Wailea Outrigger Club parks their boats right out front).

DO YOU WANT TO LEARN TO SURF? Next door you can sign up for surf/paddleboard lessons and rent surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel/dive equipment and bicycles. The lessons take place across the street, no driving required.. From your home you can walk 5 miles along beaches and trails to the southern end of Wailea.

Groceries, restaurants, bicycle and motor scooter rentals, shops and the new Maui bus are within 2-3 blocks. Harley Davidson motorcycle rentals are also within walking distance. You could spend your vacation without a car or just rent one for a few days for special trips.

We offer lower rates because we don't have to pay a management company. We stay here at our Maui condo part time keeping it upgraded with TLC. It has had upgrades including new oversize tile shower, granite counter tops, wood cabinets, tile floors, appliances, propane Weber BBQ and furniture. The loft is accessed by a ship's ladder.

There are 2 HDTVs, a 40" in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom, both wall mounted.

There is a private/protected/locked WiFi with a password given to you as an FYI.

An additional feature is a land phone allowing free calls to anywhere in North America, Canada, Mexico, US territories, Hawai'i, Hong Kong and China. Calls to any other parts of the world are blocked.
