Tämän huoneistorakennuksen palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, pyykinpesutilat ja puutarha. Omatoiminen pysäköinti. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on Wi-Fi, parveke ja keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi. Asiakkaiden käytössä on kaapeli-TV, kahvin-/teenkeitin ja ilmaiset paikallispuhelut. Siivouspalvelu ei ole saatavilla.
Leinaôçöala tarjoaa 24 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta/-lauta. Huoneessa on parveke. Huoneissa on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi.

Langaton internetyhteys on käytettävissä huoneissa lisämaksusta. Kaapelikanavat takaavat viihteen.

appartamento ben attrezzato e in posizione strategica x vedere i magnifici tramonti di maui (i balconi sono tutti rivolti verso il mare) lo consiglio anche se abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi a contattare la struttura prima della partenza, tanto che abbiamo dovuto far intervenire expedia perché non ci rispondevano

O.k., but a little renovation would change a lot

The best thing about the condo is the view from the balcony: love it! The condo was very clean, but there are things that cannot be made up with the regular cleaning. Old and dated wallpaper in the bathroom, that doesn't stick to the wall, dirty and filthy grouts. The whole condo would be so different if only a little money would be spent to do a remodel on a couple of things. There are no beaches to swim in walking distance, so you need to have a car. Can only recommend it for people who's expectations aren't too high.

Spectacular Sunsets

This is my first time ever posting a review, but since I always rely on them, it's only fair that I contribute. So where do I start? Upon arriving, it looks like a 2 1/2 star hotel. However, once inside the condo, it was like home. Very comfortable and clean, with lots of little extras for your pleasure. There is a small, private pool out back, then about 200 yards of green grass and a few tall palm trees between you and the the ocean. You will experience spectacular sunsets every night from the comfort of your lanai/balcony. To rate the location depends on what you plan to do while visiting. It is a great location in itself. The only thing that wasn't "perfect" is that the beach has a lot of rocks on the sand, and only rocks when you enter the water. There are sandy beaches not far away. So, unless your trip is about the beach, this is an excellent place to stay. And very quiet at night.

Perfect sunsets every evening

This is a great place to stay. Kihie is a quietish part of Maui. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Condo was excepionally clean. One hint if your out for the day close the blinds the afternoon sun will warm the place up. Overall great place to stay.

Great stay

The only complaint was that the air conditioning was not adequate enough to cool the entire condo and the furniture and decor was a bit dated. Otherwise everything was clean and we were centrally located with an excellent ocean view from the patio.

Lovely condo steps from the beach!

My boyfriend and I stayed in unit 119, we had a beachfront condo that was literally steps from the beach. The condo had literally everything you would need aside from food (utensils, pots, pans, laundry detergent, cooking oil and spices). We ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room so that we could wake up to the ocean but even that was comfortable.

Dated, but a fair price

Fixtures were dated (think 70's), and the A/C couldn't handle the 90 degree days. However, Condo was clean and well equiped with the basics. We thought the price was fair and location good.

Ok, for the price

- Older privately owned condo that requires an update. One of the dirtiest/ugliest bathtubs I have ever seen. Air conditioner in living area under sized and bedroom air conditioner never worked. Needed a car to get to anywhere (groceries, resturants). + Quiet clean complex. Very near the ocean, just walk out the back across a well kept park right to the beach. Quiet beach, but not the biggest or best around.

Great hotel right on the beach.

We arrived without a reservation because of the horrible hotel we had to walk away from. (lost money on that hotel which will be noted on a different review). Right away I knew it was going to be good. The staff was great. I booked 4 days and they gave us 1 of the days free. The room was beautiful and overlooked the beach. Within easy walking distance of Front street where all the good tourist shops and restaurants are. Great experience here on our honeymoon.

Great find, close to everything with a view

I was so pleased with my stay, the property managers were great and I was impressed with the quality for the price. Great view and nice and quiet. My room, however, was very hot as the air conditioning didn't fully cool it off. Maybe something can be done about that...

Quite okay

We were in room 405. it was okay. Quite clean but old and not really fancy. But we had a nice ocean view and didn't pay a lot. You are quite on your own as the managers are not often around. But if you need something they come and help you. Also you don't see a lot of neighbours. It's also quite loud and hot as the air condition is only in the livingroom, and you have to open your windows which makes you hear the birds 'singing' all night long. I don't think we would book this one again.

An hidden gem!

The condo is a great place! Loved sitting on the lanai with my coffee watching the humpbacks jump out front! This a great little hidden gem! We would stay here again for sure.

AC in both living room and bedroom. Kept it comfortable for the whole stay. We were a family of 4, used the pull out couch no problem. Building is a little dated, but clean and grounds are well kept up. Many small restaurants withing 10 minutes drive. has shared Washer / Dryer facilities in building Tennis Courts available only 50m away. Very quiet, great for families Only approx 70m to the beach across a perfectly manicured lawn. With the west facing deck and great view of the sunset we ate all our meals on the deck outside.

NICE VIEW, NICE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE PARKING AREA THEY SHOE-HORNED TOO MANY PARKING SPOTS INTO AN AREA THAT ISN'T LARGE ENOUGH. DAMAGE ON THE CARS BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T OPEN THE CAR DOOR WITHOUT HITTING THE CAR NEXT TO YOU. WE HAVE STAYED IN MAUI MANY TIMES FOR FAR LESS AND NICER PLACES.

Lägenhet med balkong med utsikt över park och havet. Utrustningen i köket var av samma klass som hemma, allt fanns. Fantastiskt vackert läge, hade kunnat bo här 1 månad!

Great stay!

We first thought "oh no, we got the first floor," but the views couldn't get any better and the ability to walk out the back door straight to the beach was perfect for us. We will definitely be coming back again!

Older but nice condo units

We stayed in room 401, so I can only rate this room, as each owner maintains their own unit. This unit is on the top floor, so it had a great ocean view. We had some difficulty checking in, it was a Saturday, no one was working in the office. You have to call this after hour phone number and they give you some code for the front door. Instruction was not clear enough. Once we checked in, things went well. The unit is older but clean. Very close to the ocean and quite. It was not far from some shopping area. Overall, we would stay there again.

Excellent!! Everything was perfect. We received a warm welcome upon arrival.The condo complex is facing the ocean and the view was great from our balcony, especially the sunsets.

Relaxing stay

We always stay at this Condo since we started going to Maui. We have never had a bad stay here. Its in a quiet area, away from the traffic. Every room has a view of the ocean.

Ruhige Lage

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, Strand zum Baden nicht geeignet da steinig und flach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ca. 1 Km entfernt, Auto von Vorteil (Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus). Da Ferienwohnung besteht kein Hotelservice. Office nur eingeschrenkt besetzt. Wir hatten Glück dass die sehr nette Empfangsdame gerade anwesend war, sonst hätten wir Mühe gehabt, uns mit den angegebenen Infos zurechtzufinden.
