日本からマウイへ旅行に来ており、この宿泊施設を利用しました。 結論から申し上げると非常に残念な滞在でした。 事前に送付された部屋のロック番号が間違っており、危うく外に放置されるところでした。 また、プールへのアクセスコードも間違っておりプールへは1回も入れませんでした。 部屋のエアコンも使えませんでしたし、全体を通して非常に残念な体験です。 We traveled from Japan to Maui and stayed at this property. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room lock code that was sent to us in advance was incorrect, and we were almost left locked out with no way to enter. In addition, the access code for the pool was also wrong, so we were unable to use the pool even once during our stay. The air conditioner in the room did not work either, and overall this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole 100%! It was everything we could ask for in a guest experience. Beautiful condo! Privacy and relaxation were abundant! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions and concerns. The grounds were very beautiful. It’s close to shopping, highways, beaches and restaurants. We would recommend it to anyone and will probably return again!

We have stayed at another condo at this property before and loved it so we decided to stay again. This time we had a bigger group and chose a different condo to accommodate. It was a great size and we loved the location. The condo had plenty of space and very close to Kamaole I, II and III. The one thing that we didn't like were the tiny ants in the kitchen. We're aware that ants live everywhere but it was still disappointing when they ended up in one of the cereal boxes.

Overall great place to stay. Appreciated the attention to small details, ice chests, chairs, plenty of towels and clean sheets. This particular unit needed some catch up on deferred cleaning and maintenance - nothing any worse than what I have at home, but it's time ;)

The only thing I would have liked is if the outlets were replaced. Naturally over time these outlets get worn and the plugs won’t be properly secured. There are quite a few around the unit that need to be changed out. Other than that, all the accommodations were great!
