Tällä erityisen tilavalla kaksikerroksisella kaupunkikoti-tyylisellä huoneistolla ei ole yhteisiä seiniä eikä ketään yläpuolella, ja sen ensi-iltapaikka on arvostettu Wailea Ekolu. Nauti panoraamanäkymistä merelle Makenasta ja Molokinista Länsi-Maui-vuoristoon, lanaiin ja yksikön sisäpuolelta. Kaksi yksityistä, turvakoodattua sisäänkäyntiä pääsevät lomakohteen suurimpaan pohjapiirrokseen (1489 sf). Hyväpalkkaisessa ranta sisustuksessa esitellään laadukkaita huonekaluja, jotka ovat leikattuja tyypillisen loma-asuntohinnan yläpuolella, ja korkealaatuisia, laadukkaita sänkyjä. Yläkerrassa on omistettu tahraton, kauniisti hoidettu ja avoin olohuone ja keittiö, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa alakerrassa.

Sijainti on kiinteistön parhaimpia: uusilla rakennuksilla lähellä golfkenttä klubitaloa ei ollut vaikutusta, näkymät ovat upeat, ja olet kätevä puoli korttelin kävelymatka hyväpalkkaisiin ravintoloihin, maailmanluokan ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja kahviin / jään kerma herkkuja Wailean kaupoissa. Lähellä Wailean rantaa ja 3 korttelin päässä kaikista Wailea-hotellin lomakohteista.

Omistajat ovat varustaneet tämän ylellisyyttä tarjoavan asunnon kaikella, jotta siitä tulisi lopullinen tukikohta Wailean lomallesi, mukaan lukien kaksi split-järjestelmän vaihtovirtalaitetta ja ylimääräinen vaihtovirta kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. Alakerrassa on kaksi ylisuuria sviittiä, joissa on huippuluokan, erittäin mukavat vuoteet ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Yksi makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, toisessa kuningas. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on televisio ja oma sisäänkäynti / uloskäynti.

Wailea Ekolu 510: tä hallinnoi Vacation-Maui, yksi Mauin parhaiten arvostetuista lomavuokrausjoukkueista. Heidän Wailean toimisto sijaitsee alle puoli korttelin päässä asunnosta.
Huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Wailea Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Very best communication, great view, well equipped with essential utensils, located near shops, restaurants, etc. Does have some stairs so may be more difficult for mobility impaired. Could use upgraded sofa, but other than that condo is very accommodating.

I stayed at this Wailea condo for a week with two friends, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The patio views were gorgeous, it was spotless, and the whole place felt incredibly peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and cafés in Wailea Village, and it’s also just a 3 minute drive to great beaches and The Shops at Wailea. I would absolutely stay here again.

I rented this condominium for our 2 nephews, niece, and their partners (6) as we have a home nearby. It couldn't have been more convenient! They loved it – – the views, the location. They could walk up to our house for a visit, yet they had their own independence and a cool Wailea condominium. Check in and check out were easy as was communication from beginning to end. We would definitely book again.

The condo was vey comfortable and spacious with a well stocked kitchen and really nice appliances. The separate air conditioners were great and kept the spaces cool. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were huge. The condo wasn’t as clean as I expected. The carpets could use a cleaning. Amazing panoramic view!

Beautiful location

Great condo! Beautiful lanai with ocean view. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a path along the beach. Very spacious with plenty of room. The pools were so enjoyable as well! The downstairs bedrooms have a strong musty smell and an odor from maybe a carpet deodorizer. Had to open up the slider after being gone for any period of time because it was so strong. One friend even had to switch to the other room because of the smell. Just beware if you are sensitive to smells. Overall, wonderful place to stay!

We were happy with everything at this location

We are not new to Vrbo rentals and on the whole we would place this at the top of that list. Most times our experience has been there is some overselling of the property and in one case the pond in the back turned out to be a swamp. A real live swamp. This facility was just what they advertised. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, well maintained interior and furnishings. They even went an extra mile and left on light so we could find our way around the unit due to our late expected arrival. We will recommend this unit and these agents to people we know who are headed this way.

Our family of four had a great stay at this property. Location was nice for easy access to the many great beaches of Maui along with a short drive to/from the airport. Great location and view

Thank you for an awesome 8 days in Maui! This property works great with families, is very spacious and has great views! The property management was very informative and quick to respond with any questions we had.It was also convenient to the shops and beaches! My family of four had a lovely stay in this spacious condo. The view is nice, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the de-humidifiers help a great deal with the dampness in the bedrooms downstairs. There is a market at the bottom of the hill and nice dining options nearby. This was a relatively central base of operations for all our island adventures!

Awesome View & Location

Spent many hours on the lanai watching the whales and taking in the island breezes with beautiful sunsets! Very close to shops, hotels and golf-morning jogs/walks along the Beach Path. The kitchen is very NICE and very well appointed with new appliances. Family room setup is comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The one negative is the carpeting in bedrooms!! It needs replacing-maybe tile or LVP. If that’s done, this place would be a 5 plus!!

Spacious place for family with a great view!

We had an amazing Christmas to New Year 11 night vacation in this home. It was myself, my husband, our 16 year old daughter, two year-old son, and grandpa. Grandpa and our teenager are used to sharing bedrooms but are normally stuck with twin size beds, so having a queen bed for each of them with a nightstand for each bed was a real treat. Management had great communication leading up to and during our stay. The home was squeaky clean and the views from the Lanais were dreamy. We saw whales every single day and had a perfect view of the fireworks at midnight on NYE. We booked the place for the night before we came in so we could have groceries and toddler supplies delivered and the house decorated for the holidays, which worked out perfectly. The location was excellent and we booked cabanas through resort pass a few times we were there at the resorts just down the street. We hired a local nanny for the time we were there and she was able to walk down to the beach with our toddler in the beach wagon we rented whenever we went on excursions without him. There are spacious closets with hangers and ample drawer space which I usually find lacking in most rentals. The only downside I found to the place was that there was only one small dish that was oven safe, however, there are plenty of pots and pans for the stovetop. We don’t cook much on vacation but it would make it very difficult to use the oven without baking sheets or oven-safe dishware. Overall, an excellent stay.

Wonderful Maui Family Vacation

This property was a great size and location for my family of 4 and 2 grandparents. With two rooms and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is walking distance to the shops of wailea and to a great coffee shop and restaurants at the village of Wailea. We needed to drive to the beaches, but if we didn’t have kids and as much stuff to bring, the beach would be walkable, probably a 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay at this location again.

We had a great stay. The communication from booking all the way through our stay was prompt and clear. The renovated kitchen was bright and had everything we needed. The unit was clean and well furnished and was also well stocked with towels and beach chairs. We would definitely stay again!
