Aloha ja Tervetuloa Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A13 aurinkoisella Etelä Maui! Condo A13 oli kokonaan uusittu kesäkuussa 2015. Nauti uudesta Mitsubishi A / C: stä ja maksuttomasta WiFi-tilasta tässä kauniissa ja viihtyisässä loma-asunnossa.

Kihei Sands Condominium sijaitsee suoraan Maui: n parhaista rannoista, Sugar Beach. Meidän merenranta-allas ja grilli patio alue voit käytännössä koskettaa rannalla - puhdas, hiekkainen, asumaton, ja venytys mailia jommankumman suuntaan. Kuinka pitkälle se on rannalle? Kirjaimellisesti noin 6 metriä! Patio- ja nurmialueet ovat idyllisiä. Nauti joka aamu tuoretta kahvia ja joka ilta katsellen upeaa auringonlaskua, kun grillit illallisen ja siemailla juomaa.
Kihei Sands on erityinen paikka, täynnä Aloha-henkeä. Intiimi ulkoasumme tarjoaa täydellisen sijainnin juhlille, ryhmähuoneille, häämatkalle, eläkeläisille, perheille, pariskunnille ja ystäville. Valittavana on 23 yksikköä, joista on helppo löytää täydellinen sopii kaikille ryhmällesi, makuuhuoneiden lukumäärästä (1, 2 ja 3) nukkumaan.

Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta löydät useita ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja, kuten tuoretuotemarkkinat, ABC-myymälä, leipomo, parranajojää ja pieni ruokailutila. On olemassa useita ruokailu- ja ostosmahdollisuuksia muutaman kilometrin päässä Kihei Sandsistä. Keskeisellä sijainnilla on helppo päästä kaikkiin Mauin tarjoamiin kohteisiin.

The property is small and the people are friendly. Many guests are repeat visitors, some for many years. Our unit was comfortable but could use a little refresh. The location is great. Wonderful beach, nice pool and patio area. Patrick and Connie were great. Our last few days were during a big storm and they kept us informed and safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful to draw out moisture.We would definitely recommend Kihei Sands.

Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

The unit is clean, comfortable, great bed. You can walk to the local bakery/coffee shop, /shave ice. You’re close to Kihei, but not right in it. It’s quiet there. Great place to go with adult friends or the kids. Love going there with the grandkids. On site management, Connie and Patrick, they are the best. We will be back.

It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay once again at Kihei Sands. (this is probably about #15 so needless to say, we love staying there).
