Lovely restaurant and terrific, hot breakfast. Hotel rooms are extremely dated, and furniture should be replaced. Our room was on the third floor, yet there is no bell staff to assist with heavy luggage. No hot water pressure on third floor so showering was impossible. This hotel should be removed from Expedia listing.

Hotel was ok/average. If I should to go back to Kilkenny I probably would find a different hotel. They should change the duvet cover more often. Found several strands of hair they weren’t mine on the bed cover. Breakfast was awesome though and the chef cooked perfect poached eggs (which is not very common in most hotels).

Great location and has everything you could want in a hotel. We did get rooms that did not have air conditioning or an elevator( it was unseasonably warm when we went in March) but we opened the windows and there was a fan in the wardrobe and it felt great. Staff helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Very nice rooms. Do make sure you bring an adapter if you are from the US. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Suites were amazing! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when we return to Kilkenny. Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel was good, the only points I would raise are with the room. A big room was allocated with a Queen size double and two singles, presumably a family room. It was at the top of a steep stair, not good for children. The smart TV was so smart it gave you the program it wanted no matter what you selected. The bathroom was fine except for only one hook to hang towels on and the small radiator not fixed to the wall. I would use the hotel again but not in rooms 15 and 16
