Tämä on yksityinen talo, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella. Vasta maalattu monilla uusilla päivityksillä ja kalusteilla. Olemme kahden korttelin päässä ääniä (lahti), josta on julkinen veneramppi, upeat näkymät auringonlaskuun ja mailia monikäyttöpolkuja kävelyä, lenkkeilyä ja pyöräilyä varten. Olemme helpon kävelymatkan päässä julkisista äänioikeuksista kalastukseen, rapistamiseen tai rentoutumiseen. Lähin valtameriranta on noin 3/4 mailin päässä talosta ja tarjoaa monille yleisölle pääsyn ja ilmaisen pysäköinnin. Yhden mailin sisällä meillä on supermarketteja, tavarataloja ja monia hienoja ravintoloita. Viiden mailin sisällä, enemmän ravintoloita, pelihalleja, minigolfia, elokuvia ja niin edelleen. Huomaa: Talon pohjakerroksessa on pieni, erillinen yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö, joka on ollut loma-asunto neljän viimeisen vuoden ajan - katso VRBO 685432. My fiancée and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained, clean, and orderly. It is well located, close to a new Target and grocery stores, restaurants etc. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and ensured we had a great stay. We walked to the beach each day, and while it is a fifteen minute walk, there is a safe place to cross at the crosswalk/light at the Target and a wagon made carrying anything easy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice week in a great location in the Outer Banks!

Great location and amenities

Great location for all the things. We did things north and south of the house and nothing was too far. It was a great house with everything we needed for the home, laundry available, beach gear, etc. Our kids took the bunks and we had comfortable rooms for the rest of the adults. Highly recommend.

Family Summer Vacay

My family along with my brothers had such a good time. We are so sad to leave. We truly felt at home. Close to everything without feeling like you are. We were so nervous with the other renters below us and our children being children…but the second couple even complimented on “how quiet” our children were. We definently had to get them to settle down to make sure we didn’t bother anyone. They have set it up just right!! We were provided with more than most houses we’ve stayed at. It was truly so nice and we all loved it so much! Thank you for sharing your home! We’ve created so many memories and can’t wait to come back again.

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for vacation. The house is in a great location and it was easy to access things. There was a multi use trail just two blocks away which allowed us to ride our bikes all over. I felt very safe. The house was very clean and well provisioned. We had a great time!

Place was clean and great amenities. We utilized the outside hammocks and grill as well as the decks seating. Family room big enough for all 7 to have movie night. Place is in residential neighborhood very close to target and beach. Neighborhood quiet and convenient. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if return to outer banks in coming years.

Amazing!

The house was more than we imagined. We’ve stayed at many beach houses before, but this was more than a house, it felt like a home. All the little touches made us feel welcome and not just like a guest at a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet, with excellent proximity to everything we needed. Second time and it was just as great as the first time! The weather didn’t cooperate with us this vacation, so I guess that just means we need to come back and have another vacation! Wonderful Experience

This home is fantastic. Cleanliness is the most inportant factor for us when staying somewhere and the home definitely met our expectations. Its also in a great location, very close to the new Target. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for of family. I cant reccommend this home enough. Comfortable House in a Great Location

This house had everything we wanted for our short spring break getaway. The place is spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean, and well furnished with anything you might need. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with the Sound a short walk away and the beach just a short drive with easy public access. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!
