Ocean Views -Dog Friendly- 3rd Row From The Beach

This is a classic but updated Outer Banks "beach box" style construction, 3 bedroom 2 bath house located just 3 lots back from the ocean in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the end of a quiet street one block from the beach road. It features ocean views from the living and dining areas as well as from the extensive deck space on multiple levels. The main living area is open concept with a fully stocked kitchen and dining table with seating for 6, and two additional stools at the bar/island. Sliding glass doors off the living area open up to a large deck space with Adirondack seats for 6. The deck has another "crow's nest " level with 180-degree ocean views and additional seating. The deck also has a gate at the top of the entrance from the ground level so you don't have to worry about your furry friends wandering while you enjoy the space.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite full bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom features a single bed and a set of (single) bunk beds. All bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming. (We do not have cable television.) The second full bathroom is located in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo.

The ground level features a detached laundry with a full-size washer and dryer, drink fridge, decking with a double hammock, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower.

Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of a locked owner's closet and storage room downstairs.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn the AC to 75 or heat to 65 according to season - as appropriate.
Start the washer with a full load of towels (and sheets if towels are not a full load).
Roll trash carts out to the road unless trash pickup came the morning of your departure. Clean up after your dog if you brought one.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
