BEDROOM 1 - Located on the lower level, King Size Bed with Private Balcony, full en-suite (Fully tiled shower and a tile/tub shower combo, 50" SmartTV, USB / USB-C Charging stations on the night stands and coffee bar.

BEDROOM 2 - Located on the lower level, Queen Size Bed with Private Balcony, full en-suite (tile/tub shower combo, 40" SmartTV, USB / USB-C Charging Stations on the night stands.

HALLWAY CLOSET - Located on lower level includes full-sized washer and dryer

LIVING ROOM - Located on Main Level, 65" SmartTV, board games, Queen sized pull out sofa and Private Balcony with Captains Chairs and Table, Dedicated Desk with docking station and monitor

KITCHEN: Located on Main Level, fully stocked kitchen with all new wares, pots and pans, blender, wine glasses, pizza cutters, cutting boards, and much more.

K Cup coffee maker, french press and Drip Coffee Maker is available for our coffee lovers.

Another Full Bathroom is located in on the Main Level with a full tiled shower.

Beach Locker with chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys, boogie board and skim board.

Guests have access to the entire home except for one locked space for owner storage and supplies. An entry code for the digital keypad for the home will be generated specifically for you and sent to you before check in.

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, and Dish Soap are available in each bathroom and kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the home for your use. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, and the basics (filtered water, some condiments, some spices, etc.) - just add your favorite groceries.

Pet Rules:
*Pre-Approved Dogs only are allowed - $150 non-refundable pet fee - (plus tax).

- We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
- Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly in the designated pet waste stations on the property.
- Pets are not allowed to run at large - they must be leashed.
- Stay off all furniture.
- Can not be left alone outside.
