Clean room and friendly staff. Thankfully, Ms. Sia reached out to return our tablet and charger after we forgot it…and didn’t realize that we even had! Breakfast had decent options and was maintained. If I could offer one suggestion - take the biscuits out of the oven maybe 1.5mins sooner. All in all, would stay again every single time.

This place is awesome.. Especially that the pool is open 24 hrs.. Every time we go visit the brother in law I'll book this place. Its always clean, the area is safe, walking distances to Walmart, Heb, the movies and other places. The staff is nice..

Superb!!!

What a wonderful place, front desk bald gentleman was such a great guy, he was joking with the children at the time of my check in and it was a hoot... Beds are comfortable (my biggest pet peve ) I slept well !!!They feel like memory foam , just the right amount of soft. I actually had the Holiday inn recommended because they were all booked up.. enjoy

Hospitable staff, great breakfast, decent property

The Patel family is very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Mr Patel takes a lot of pride in his property, and works diligently to make sure any issues are corrected. There were a couple of issues, one major was the two maintenance staff— they walked into my room, not once but twice, and my daughter was not dressed, just coming out of the shower the second time, and he left door open for a few seconds to be sure and get a good look before deciding to close it and knock. Patel said he would address it. The whole reason the guy was coming in there was to fix a leak issue they had. Had to move rooms, and the room we were moved to was extremely dirty. Dusty, hair, trash, just nasty. This did not match the rest of the hotel, and was highly perplexing. The breakfast was fantastic, they do a really good job of giving different hot breakfast choices every morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality. There were unfortunately some guests who broke the elevator, and pool, blasted their music, among other things— unfortunately these people are “common behavior culture” it was frustrating to see them disrespecting everyone and everything around them.

The owners lived above us and were fighting all night so they allowed us to move to another room around midnight our 1st night. We never signed anything to check out still havent been given a recipient. I was charged an additional xxxdollars upon arrival and it "should" be returned in 7bussiness days. Why book with expedia when the hotel charges you anyways. Bugs everywhere, we booked the room bc expedia made the place look good. Save your money and dont use expedia and definitely dont stay st this trash hole.

Just needs some attention. Bathtub was very slippery because its old and needs replacing. The carpet in the hallways need replacing. Liked the flooring in the room and cleaning person did a great job in cleaning room.
