Summary:

A cozy mountain theme welcomes you in this 2 bedroom/1 bath lake-view unit. The unit has a nice slate entry and Berber carpet can be found in the living areas. The living area also has a nice gas fireplace; with a flat screen TV (photo to be updated.) The kitchen has granite kitchen counter tops and includes a standard drip coffee maker. The unit also has a washer and dryer. Make this comfortable unit your home the next time you visit Tahoe!

The Space:

Whether vacationing in the townhomes or the tower, you will enjoy furnished accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, wireless internet access, HBO/cable, VCR/DVD players, patio furniture and barbecues, as well as a starter set of paper products.



Guest Access:

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a Kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. This vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week, or month away from it all.



Getting Around:

We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!

There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.

There is a two vehicle limit for this unit.

All the properties at this place are different and listings on excite do not reflect this. Excite must provide the full list of rules and a pile of charges threats before taking money for "non-refundable" stay. The property has a ton of changes threats: will charge for this, will charge for that, but at the same time does provide working lights, appliances, accurate listing pictures and such.
