When the booking is for more than 4 guests, our pricing is dynamic and adjusts automatically based on the number of guests, so bookings for 4 guests or fewer are charged at a lower rate and do not include access to the annex. If you require use of the annex, please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload IDs of all adult guests before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date.

SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee.
