My stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and kind. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful . It was amazing Odean the bartender was very professional- and I remember seeing him there when I first stayed here a year ago. The saltwater pool was a major disappointment—it was dirty, with visible debris like wrappers, used napkins, and insects. It didn’t feel safe or sanitary for anyone to swim in. Most of the staff we encountered were unfortunately quite arrogant and dismissive. They weren’t helpful or attentive, and many had an unnecessarily rude or mean attitude. Out of everyone we interacted with, only about three staff members were genuinely kind and professional. That lack of courtesy really impacted our experience. The food was just okay—nothing special. Definitely not something we’d go out of our way to have again. Lastly, our room had a persistent unpleasant odor. We reported it to housekeeping multiple times, but nothing was resolved during our stay.

This is my third time staying with them and the staff is always courteous from the front of the main entrance all the way to the front desk restaurant even the cleaning staff. Room appear small but appealing and clean. Theres on site dining but wish some shake up in both the breakfast menu as well as the a la carte menu
