Welcome to our Little Lake House, a charming and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bach nestled in the village of Kinloch, just a short drive from Taupo.

This classic kiwi retreat offers the perfect escape for small families or a couple of friends.

Enjoy a beverage on the deck after a day on the golf course, or on the lake or after tackling the scenic W2K and K2K biking and walking tracks nearby.

This is a bach that embraces simplicity, no dishwasher but does have a laundry and wifi.

The kitchen comprises of oven and stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer.

There is a loft room. It is accessible by the ladder in the photo. Please ensure young children are safe when using the ladder.

There is a outdoor store room available for bikes.

The garage is not available for guest use.

Although we do not live on site a team member is available throughout your stay.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
