Welcome to our Little Lake House, a charming and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bach nestled in the village of Kinloch, just a short drive from Taupo.

This classic kiwi retreat offers the perfect escape for small families or a couple of friends.

Enjoy a beverage on the deck after a day on the golf course, or on the lake or after tackling the scenic W2K and K2K biking and walking tracks nearby.

This is a bach that embraces simplicity, no dishwasher but does have a laundry and wifi.

The kitchen comprises of oven and stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer.

There is a loft room. It is accessible by the ladder in the photo. Please ensure young children are safe when using the ladder.

There is a outdoor store room available for bikes.

The garage is not available for guest use.

Although we do not live on site a team member is available throughout your stay.

We stayed only 3 nights, but we had such a lovely time. We found the Little Lake house bright, airy and comfortable, in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Being so close to the lake was amazing, we spent a good time there, swimming, picnicking and eating icecream, then to return to our accomodation for evening wine and working on puzzles. It made our very first visit to Kinloch a memorable one, thanks for having us!!
