Just a few kilometres from the famous Falasarna beach, it offers both tranquillity and convenience.

The villa is fully contained on one level and features three bright, elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The spacious, open-plan living room is equipped with a smart TV and satellite channels, creating a comfortable area to unwind after a day of exploration. The dining area, which comfortably seats six, is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, designed with modern appliances and organized for ease of use. Large windows throughout the villa invite natural light, offering a sense of openness and a seamless connection with the stunning outdoors.

The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the endless views of the turquoise sea. Inside, the living room boasts a comfortable sofa and a 42-inch Smart TV, offering access to the pool terrace and stunning sea views. The dining area for six people is adjacent to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances. All bedrooms feature a double bed (1.60×2.00), air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sea views, and direct access to the pool area.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests.
