Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Cleaning staff told us it was chemicals from the maintenance crew. They did not offer to switch us to a different room. The Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and there was no meat, and no butter for toast. Apparently they had the same issue the day before as well. Their explanation was that they were waiting for their food order. That shouldn't matter. We paid for a room that included a full breakfast. There's a grocery store up the street where they can buy supplies. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast not good

Staircase sticky and dirty. Eggs where gross and still frozen (the whole tray). Bacon was under cooked and bunched together. Some would be cooked but most of it wasn’t. Only put one yogurt in the fridge at a time. Watch a staff member drop a whole box of blueberry jam on the floor and then just put it out onto the tables. Gross

The room was beautifully clean!(& I’m picky!)….it was well appointed with several charging areas and plugs by bedside. There was no safe… but that’s ok. But the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable!! Loved it.

Clean hotel and room, with comfy beds. But my colleague and I asked for the late check-out because we were working night shifts, but housekeeping came knocking at 8:30am and then again 20mins later. That defeated the whole purpose of late checkout and even if we were checking out at the regular time, 8:30 is too early to be disturbing people. There needs to be better communication with who has checked out and who is sleeping/has late check out. Staff communication could have saved this or the worker might not have cared enough altogether, because I heard her knock on a lot of doors. Overall, more effort needs to be put into communication between staff and just caring about your clients and the job itself.
