The Rooms were very good and surrounding was clean as well. The Breakfast was not refilled - When i came down at 9 AM - Everything was empty and also we were not given a key card, so that was inconvenient

Convenient location in Guelph. Breakfast is not continental and had limited option. If you're looking for hot breakfast, this is not the hotel. Our experience was not good. The toilet above us was leaking directly into ours making washroom unusable. It's a persisted problem as we could see the ceiling had been patched before. We were given another bathroom to use after we complained but felt the management could have done more.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special. Suite was nice but bleach residue left on cabinets and no bedding for the pull out couch. There was plenty storage for bags, shoes etc. Mini fridge with a freezer was a nice touch. Price was too high for what it was though.
