Overall our stay was good. I did however feel like improvements could be made to the furnishings. Beds were not great, squeaky and no support, didn’t sleep well. Linens could be improved and sofa/chair in living room area were in need of being replaced. So very uncomfortable with metal from sofa bed sticking in to you and the chair was like sitting on a rock.

The room is big, staff service is great, having coffee at lobby around the clock is a big plus!! The mattress on the bed is on the soft side compared to many hotels that I stayed in. It is unfortunate, but I will probably not stay here again because I wasn't able to get a good night sleep. Tried sleep on the sofa instead, but it is equally soft.

There is not enough light in the suite bedroom. There are not enough handicap parking spaces (only 1). On the two washroom doors at the end of the first floor, there is a wheelchair sign. In both washrooms, you cannot get a walker or a wheelchair in the booths. There are no handrails in any of the booths. There is only one accessible washroom behind the main desk

We enjoyed our stay. This property offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The breakfast had a good variety, the room was clean, and the beddings were great. The only downside was the pillows—they were too hard and uncomfortable. Softer pillows would make the experience even better.

The suite had everything we needed, though at times it felt a bit small for the five of us. There are plenty of fun options within walking distance of the hotel and the pool is so fun for the kids. I especially appreciated the guest laundry offered 24/7 and the buffet breakfasts…our vacation was great here

Spacious Suites

The Staybridge Suites upgraded us to a two bedroom suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find gluten free options available for the included breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable to use as it was under maintenance. Otherwise this would have been a five star review. We would stay here again. there is lots to do in the area including the Farmer’s Market and the Schoolhouse Theatre.
