This hotel is absolutely awful with the worst customer service and money hungry thieves. I was looking on line at the pricing of rooms and accidently booked. I immediately called the hotel to cancel and also worked with Expedia to cancel but they would not allow for this. I was charged for 2 rooms in a hotel I did not even stay at. I can understand if I booked the hotel and then cancelled last minute however this was not the case. I cant believe that they are unwilling to refund this booking

Carpets in hallways are very old & ripped -baseboards in rooms should be cleaned and repaired - heater in room very noisy- shelf in room needed to be repaired / braced they had a empty ice bucket sitting on it i wouldn't fill it and leave it there it would of fallen off ( minor repair would make it safe)bathroom very clean and updated- a table or two in lobby to sit and enjoy coffee would be nice no table in room either - had to write some cards - had to use vanity in bathroom- staff very friendly and efficient.Bed very comfortable 😀

The staff was super friendly upon checking in. Breakfast could have used some more variety with muffins and more fresh fruit options. The hotel definitely doesnt match the photos - the chair in our room had all the leathering peeling, carpet was bubbly and just felt a bit run down. The lack of entrances was what really did it for me as we were at the end of the hall, with a toddler so bringing up all our stuff with no elevator and at the end when there was an entrance at the same end as us but was not to use really sucked. For the one night it was fine, but wouldnt go back or reccommend to anyone.

This took me a while to decide if I should submit this. The first room they gave us, upstairs, can't remember the number, was horrendous. The carpet looked like someone either died there or had a huge part and died somewhere else. I was afraid to walk in there, even with my shoes on. The receptionist was very apologetic and gave us a suite down at the entrance. It was nice enough but not great for a suite
