Very friendly front desk and hotel staff - they were always welcoming when we were coming and going. VERY clean rooms. The mattress was extra comfortable. Hotel is close (walking distance across the street) to many stores, Conestoga Mall and a short drive to points of interest (St. Jacob's Market).
