Our Beachfront home will be the ultimate family vacation for any beach lover. Sunrise paradise offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean for your entire family to enjoy. Our home is conveniently located in the historic Kitty Hawk beach. Many local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and local attractions are nearby. Our home is sure to give you one memorable family vacation. Linen, Wifi, washer, and dryer are included in your stay.

Escape to Paradise

This property was better than the description! Beautiful house on the beach that has breathtaking views. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, on a spacious deck, as a pod of wild dolphins swim by. Property manager was very kind and answered any and all questions promptly.

Great location, amazing sunrise

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Sunrise Paradise. The name suits it well. The house was clean and met our needs. I usually prepare a few meals at "home" and found that some of the kitchen supplies (pans, etc) need to be updated. It was a relaxing vacation and the proximity to the ocean was exactly what we were looking for.

Peaceful & convenient oceanfront stay!

We came down to celebrate Mother's Day and had a relaxing trip. The balconies and beach access were perfect for enjoying the sun, and we could get to multiple restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. Very clean, spacious and the hot tub was a great bonus! Thank you!

Nice stay on the outer banks

The house and location were exactly what we needed for our quick trip to the Outer Banks. While the cottage isn’t fancy, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is great! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

Excellent Property

The home and location are fantastic. The house isn't perfect cosmetically but I have yet to find one in OBX that is. It had everything we needed except for one thing (keurig coffee maker). Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. The a/c on the first floor wasn't working properly but someone had already been called, arrived promptly, were very friendly and got it taken care of quickly.The location was perfect. The beach was just over the dune with easy access. Every place we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive. The hot tub was great and all contact with the host was very speedy and courteous.I would definitely consider renting this home again. Our family had a great time!

Great House…Beautiful Beach

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s bigger than it looks. Everything was clean and neat. Brand new fridge and stove. Wi-Fi was simple to hook up but who cares anyway? You are right there…smack dab on a sandy beach. Get off your phone and enjoy the decks and ocean.You have to climb a small dune to get to the beach. But, the house is literally on the beach.Daily dolphin sightings.Beautiful sunrises. Located close to shops and restaurants.You can’t beat the price.Definitely coming back!

Not a good experience, ok location

Location is nice right on the beach. Road is very close in the back and is loud with traffic, especially garbage trucks all hours of the night. WiFi did not work and it took several days to figure it out. Many amenities were not as listed such as no jetted tub, no blender, no ice maker and no beach chairs. Bathrooms were not stocked with soaps or toilet paper. Bedding was stained, unmade beds upon arrival, some bedding was missing. Seems cleaning crew is not on top of presentation.

Everything you need

This house had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating. The access to the beach was our favorite part followed by the evening hot tub soaks. Comfortably slept 6 adults and would definitely return!

Great for our family

We enjoyed our stay. We ran into a couple of snags but they were there fixing the issues quickly. The place fit all 6 of us comfortably. It’s on the beach so just a quick walk over the dunes and you’re there. Beautiful view from top deck. Had everything we could possibly need and the owner was very responsive. I feel we will be back next year.

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Sunrise Paradise! The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. The beachfront location and amazing views made our vacation to Kitty Hawk extra-special! Joanna, Ken and Terry were friendly and responsive when we had a minor issue at the house. The kitchen equipment needs some updating, otherwise…highly recommend Sunrise Paradise!

First OBX trip

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and our first beach house. We usually stay in hotels but wanted something different. This house did not disappoint! The house was clean, communication was good, and right on the beach. This house had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

Beach Front Vacation

We loved the house and the location. Property managers were awesome. I highly recommend the house for anyone wanting a beachfront house. Well worth the price and the house has all you need to make it your home away from home for your vacation stay.

Great location!

Great location right on the beach yet close enough for food, other activities. Communication with the host was outstanding. Small problem with the wifi, response was immediate and problem fixed a short time later. Bedding not as clean as it could have been, however, this is easily corrected and overall the stay was fantastic!

The house was even nicer then the photos and the location was great! The main living on the top level was fantastic with one of the best views on the beach! The kitchen was well equipped, the house was nice and clean and the beds were comfy! We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to make it back soon! Thank you!

Great 1st OBX trip

Stayed for a week with 4 adults and a 2 year old. Direct beach access, close to everything, and a quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first trip to OBX.

Great place - best beach view!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The third floor was higher than the surrounding houses providing not only a superior view but a sense of privacy. We had a full view of the beach over the dune. Watching the sunrise from the deck was spectacular! Partway through our trip the AC on the top floor stopped working. Ken and Terry came right out and had it fixed in no time. They were very professional and super friendly. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we feel like we got very lucky with this house - right on the beach, close to everything we needed and a great view! Thanks Joanna!

Name says it all !

This was our first OuterBanks vacation. We would not settle for anything other than a beach front house. This house was perfect for us. We watched the sunrise every morning from a new upper deck. We all enjoyed the ocean. It was also nice, to have most anything we needed close by.

One of the few great spots on the beach

We found this rare gem and had an amazing time. From experience we knew how important is was to find a house with a 3rd level. This gave us unbelievable ocean views and we couldn't have been happier. It is the perfect spot for families with sand for playing in front of the house, boogie boards for use, and the hot tub. A definate must visit!
