Our newly remodeled cottage is so cozy and quaint... you'll feel you're living in the 1930's except for the modern appliances and smart tv where you can login to your favorite streaming service. Our blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. Kroger is right around the corner for good healthy meals you can cook in our fully equipped kitchen. You'll love serving meals with our pretty dishes, just like your grandma had. If you ride the bus you only need to walk a block to catch it. The zoo and botanical gardens and Chilhowee Park are very close. UT is only 12 minutes away and downtown only 9 minutes. This is a perfect place for students or traveling business people or families moving into the area to stay for a month or several months.
