Modern Farmhouse style home has plenty of space for the whole family to relax and soak in beautiful natural surroundings and trees exude the Mountain spirit of East Tennessee. This home features an office with a printer/scanner and ultra fast 1000 mbps AT&T Fiber internet that will empower you to work or study remotely. The large backyard has a firepit (please bring your own wood) for cozy bonfires under the stars. The quality furnishings of this home will make this home a cozy retreat after returning from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky National Park or your other East Tennessee adventures **Guest will need sign rent agreement and provide ID prior to reservation**


****House Rules****

1. Absolutely NO illegal substances are allowed on premises
2. Absolutely NO Parties or events. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund
3. Quiet time hours are between 10pm- 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum. Any violation of noise ordinance will result in a penalty of $300. If the noise violation continues you will be asked to leave the property immediately and your reservation will be terminated without a refund.
4. Local residents may reserve only by host permission
5. Guest must provide photo of a valid state issued ID to host within 48 hours of booking.
6. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. If you bring more guests, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
7. Only guests that are on reservation are allowed to stay at property
8. Please park in driveway or garage (No large SUV's, Trucks or Vans in garage due to tight space)
9. No open flames or candles
10. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside or outside the property If there's any evidence of smoking, a $500 fine will be charged
11. No pets allowed
12. Do not rearrange furniture and please take care of furnishings and furniture.
13. No food or drinks in bedrooms
14. No shoes allowed inside home.
15. Do your dishes
16. When not in use please turn off all lights, AC/ Heater, TV and other appliances
17. Please do not leave any trash out. Please trash and waste in the trash cans/trash bins
18. When using the firepit in the backyard, please make sure to extinguish the fire after use.
19. Glitter, slime, or silly string is not allowed inside or outside home. A $300 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if there's evidence of Glitter, slime or silly string.
20. Please respect check-in and check out times. Check-out is at 10:00am. A $75 late check out fee will be charged after 10am.

Thanksgiving gathering

The house met all the needs for our family when they came to visit for Thanksgiving. They house was warm and inviting. The kids loved the backyard, playing on the hill, and enjoyed the fire pit. Inside there were plenty of bedrooms which ensured everyones comfort.

Reunion

We stayed here for a UT reunion. There were 6 women and one husband (bless his heart). We had plenty of space for us all to sit around and catch up. It was about a 20 minute Uber ride to Neyland, close to grocery stores if you need something. The kitchen was stocked with things you might need... Most importantly, a corkscrew! We had a great weekend and the house contributed to that!

Concert and Birthday Celebration

My husband and I book this home as we had 9 family members coming to Knoxville for the Eric Baker Concert and 3 of those family members were celebrating Birthdays on the same day. Two had to cancel at the last minute but 7 of us stayed at the house. It was exactly what we had hoped for and we were very happy with the accomodations.

A 1yr.birthday celebration with family.

Had a home feeling during stay. Excellent kitchen needs and extras. Linens were plentiful and laundry facilities were great. Only drawback was no shoes allowed on premises.

Great home for families

Nice, newer home in Knoxville suburbs. We stayed with 5 adults and 4 children and the 5 bedrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. The home was exactly as described and communication with the owners with quick. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. A short drive to groceries, a few restaurants and a nice park.

Exceeded expectations

This property definitely exceeded our expectations. Each of the 5 bedrooms were large and had their own special touches to make everyone feel like they had the “best” room. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had nice touches like extra paper towels, ziploc bags, plenty of coffee, spices and more. The fire pit was a nice place to relax at night and even make s’mores. There is even a blackberry bush in the back yard for fresh berries when in season! Overall very clean and comforting and the owner is very attentive! I’d give it 6 stars if I could
