Conveniently located near I-40 Exit 407 with easy paved access and no steep mountain roads, getting here is simple and stress free.

Inside, the bright and welcoming living space offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Smokies. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements include:

King Suite
A spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed, soft linens, and warm rustic decor.

Second Bedroom
A comfortable full bed perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat. The fenced yard is designed for relaxing evenings and making memories with an outdoor TV, grill, dining area, and fire pit under string lights. During warmer months guests can also enjoy the stock tank pool for cooling off. Please note the stock tank pool is a seasonal amenity and is currently closed.

Guests have full and private access to the entire cottage including both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, front porch, and the private fenced backyard.

Cowboys Cottage sits in a quiet country setting close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The home is next to a small country church which adds to the peaceful surroundings, though you may occasionally notice light activity on Sunday mornings. You may also hear light road traffic or natural nighttime sounds such as crickets and frogs.

The fire pit area sits near a gentle slope, so please use care while enjoying the space.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a small preparation fee that includes blankets and furniture covers so your pet can stay comfortably. The backyard is fenced for privacy but is not fully secure for animals, so pets must remain on a leash while outside.

Trailer parking, RV parking, and full camper hookups may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the host in advance to confirm availability.

For safety, the cottage has a doorbell camera at the front entrance. Additional security cameras are located on a detached shop building on the property and monitor the surrounding area only. There are no cameras inside the cottage.

As a guest of Cowboys Cottage Cozy Farmhouse Retreat, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
