Escape to Cowboys Cottage, a rustic chic retreat near the Smoky Mountains. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy two bedroom home blends modern comfort with relaxed farmhouse charm in a peaceful country setting just minutes from the area’s most popular attractions.



Conveniently located near I 40 Exit 407 with easy paved access and no steep mountain roads, getting here is simple and stress free.



Inside, the bright and welcoming living space offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Smokies. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements include:



King Suite

A spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed, soft linens, and warm rustic decor.



Second Bedroom

A comfortable full bed perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests.



Step outside to your private backyard retreat. The fenced yard is designed for relaxing evenings and making memories with an outdoor TV, grill, dining area, and fire pit under string lights. Enjoy the Private heated stock tank hot tub designed for a relaxing outdoor soak experience.



Guests have full and private access to the entire cottage including both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, front porch, and the private fenced backyard.



Cowboys Cottage sits in a quiet country setting close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The home is next to a small country church which adds to the peaceful surroundings, though you may occasionally notice light activity on Sunday mornings. You may also hear light road traffic or natural nighttime sounds such as crickets and frogs.



The fire pit area sits near a gentle slope, so please use care while enjoying the space.



Pets are welcome with prior approval and a small preparation fee that includes blankets and furniture covers so your pet can stay comfortably. The backyard is fenced for privacy but is not fully secure for animals, so pets must remain on a leash while outside.



Trailer parking, RV parking, and full camper hookups may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the host in advance to confirm availability.



For safety, the cottage has a doorbell camera at the front entrance. Additional security cameras are located on a detached shop building on the property and monitor the surrounding area only. There are no cameras inside the cottage.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. After my lease ended, I needed a place that felt comfortable, relaxing, and truly welcoming, and this home exceeded every expectation.The hosts were incredible. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cozy, homey feel while still feeling like a private resort getaway.One of our favorite features was the soaking pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The backyard was amazing and packed with games and activities that made spending time outdoors so much fun. There was always something to do, and it truly felt like a destination all on its own.I also greatly appreciated how accommodating the hosts were with my dog. It’s not always easy to find pet-friendly places that are genuinely welcoming to both people and pets, and that made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of an amazing property, thoughtful amenities, and outstanding hosts made it unforgettable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay in the Kodak area.

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The home is beautiful, thoughtfully stocked with anything you need. Hosts are amazing and quick to reply. Only thing we hated was leaving. We will most definitely be back again!
