Like a hotel in 1970’s, not modern at all

To stay at this hotel was like being sent back to the 1970’s. Was this hotel renovated ever?? Our bathroom was really old and not nice at all. Aircondition in room did not work, the room was too warm in April. The staff was not nice or helpful, not even polite. This was not a language problem, my husband is Turkish. Breakfast buffé was nice and beds were ok. We decided to stay longer in Konya, but changed hotel.

Veel facilteiten op papier maar alle bars waren dicht (meerdere dagen en sommige geheel leeg). Ruime kamer maar Douche/bad gecombineerd. Geen wc papier op de rol. Zeer beperk onbijt. Meerdere keren geen toegang met pas tot kamer ivm stroomstoring die reset van deur systeem veroorzaakte. Verouderd hotel waarbij er betere te vinden zijn in de buurt voor iets meer geld. Positief puntje personeel van haman/sauna/ wel bereid om e.e.a aan te zetten voor gebruik dus zij wilde wel helpen.

Sahipsiz otel, ülkemde yabancı otel zincirlerinde

Temizlik çok kötüydü. Abajur üzeri lekeler ile doluydu. Banyo sudan kireçlenmişti. Klozet kapağı bozuktu. Duş başlığı banyonun heryerine su fışkırtmaktaydı. Ayna dahi ıslandı. Havlular kokuyordu. Alakart restaurant kapalıydı. Grupla yemek yememiz söylendi meze salonu gibi yerde. Ordan tam tabağımıza meze türü yiyecekleri alacakken burda yiyemezsiniz! Odanıza sipariş isteyin dendi. Yattığımız yerde yemek yemek gibi alışkanlığımız olmadığını söyledik. Bi masaya oturttular. Yaklaşık kırk dakika beklettikten sonra tavuk şile benzer bir şeyler geldi. Ve iki salata. Mecburen yedik ardından da şiddetli ishal. Daha onlarca olumsuzluk yazabilirim. Eski dizayn bir otel. Yemek salonunda görevli bile yok. Mutfaktan ahçı kıyafetli biri çıkıp ilgilenmeye çalışıyor. Sorun çalışanlarda değil. Yönetici yok ortalarda. Bu yazdıklarımı resepsiyonda dile getirmek için yönetici sordum. Aradılar be şimdi yok dediker. Dediğim gibi onlarca eksik daha yazabilirim. Ama gerek yok. Aynı fiyata bir çok zincir otel var. Ben 7 günlük gezimin çoğunu ramadalar da ve hiltonda geçirdim. Bir geçe kalma gafletinde bulundum. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Biz depremden sonra çıkıp geldiğimiz ilk oteldi , resepsiyonda depremden geldiğimizi söylememize rağmen geçmiş olsun cümlesini bile duyamadım. Bir gece sonra hemen değiştirdim zaten. Resepsiyon böyle iken kahvaltıda servis yapan genç bir kadın arkadaşımız bizim için elinden geleni yaptı ona ayrıca teşekkğrler. Ama oda soğuk üflüyordu ısınmada ve yalıtımda sorun vardı , fiyatına göre bence konforsuzdu. Konfor zaten hiç önemli değildi bizler için ama ilk girişteki karşılamayı asla unutmayacağım

Berbat bir konaklama deneyimi için mukemmel tercih

Aksam saat 21.30'da vardigimiz 5 yıldızlı (?) Otelde yemek yemek istediğimizi belirttik ve "100 kişilik bir yemekmorganizasyon grunumuz geldi, size yemek verme imkanımiz yok" denildi. Israrci olmamiza ragmen hiçbir şekilde yemek sunmadılar. Ekşi derecelerdeki bir havada tanimadığmız vir şehirde dışarıda o saatte birşeyler yemeye çalıştık 5 yıldizlı (!?) otelimizden çıkarak... Ardından 3 bardan hangisi açık dediğimizde 5 yıldızli (!?) otel yetkilisi "hepsi kapalı, personelimiz gitti" dedi aksam saat 22.30 itibarı ile; bar persineli herhalde sabah içki servisi yapmaya gelecektir... Ertesi sabah ise otel bomboş olmasina rağmen saat 12.00'da kapimiza dayanarak odanın boşaltmak saatini bize net bir şekilde (!) ifade ettiler. Yüzlerxe otelde, dunyanın birçok ulkesinde konaklaldım. En kötüler sınıfinda yarışı onde götürürler...

Ein gites Hotel

Ein schönes grosses modernes Hotel mit guten Zimmern, schönen Betten und einem guten Frühstücksbufet. Einziger Nachteil: Der Beauty- und Wellnessbereich, mit dem Schwimmbecken hat wohl die Coronakrise nicht überstanden, denn er war nicht in Betrieb. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
