I recently stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. Very clean and modern rooms. Great central location and very close to the Jordan MTR station. There are many great Dining options close by. A perfect place to stay if you're visiting Hong Kong for the first time. The staff was helpful.

Take bus A22 from airport and alight at the bus stop 150 m away from the hotel . MRT is also not far from the corner , with the lift exit near to the hotel (great for those who can’t climb stairs). Walking distance to food eateries such as Australian milk and temple street. You can also walk to the train station to take the high speed train to shenzhen. My request for high floor and rooms near to each other were met. Staff was friendly and overall enjoyed my stay

The first impression was already bad, it had a weird odor when I first entered the hotel. The front desk staff was just ok but not enthusiastic. The hallway was very dark and across our room was probably an electric room because it had loud noises all the time. When I entered the room I found many stains on the carpet, the room was very stuffy. The shower curtain looked like you could get it from dollar store, very cheap. The rack on the wall by the shower tub was obviously broken and they glued it back, wasn’t sturdy, and it was sliding down. The towels had stains as well. The grossest thing ever happened to me was I found a bug on my bed and it was alive and crawling around. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the house keeper, she was very enthusiastic and every morning asked if I would like the room to be cleaned, some day I didn’t need it but she still offered to clean my trash and asked if I need any toiletries. Location wise was ok, few mins walking distance to a bus stop where I could get to the airport. But if you wanna go to MTR station, it took me about 10 mins walking.

This property has not kept up its maintenance, there are scratch marks on the floorboards and encrusted dirt. When I checked in I found multiple hairs on the bed and lipstick stains on the bathroom wall. The staff are kind and go out of their way to assist you and the original design is great. But overall, it feels old and not cared for despite being a relatively new hotel.

Really liked this property. The room was very nice and it had lots of windows. I had the studio and it had ceiling to floor windows and the bed was comfortable. The location was a few block away from the station. I thought it was walkable to the high speed rail with roller luggage as well. The walk from the airport rail was a little longer than expected but maybe I didn’t pick the best walking direction at night. Across Nathan road is more dining options as well.
