we stayed 6 nights, we had a great stay in this hotel. staffs are awesome, Housekeeping change our towels everyday. a little bit far but we enjoyed taking the bus. public transportation in HK is very accessible. I will recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is quite outdated, I am sure this hotel was the talk of the town 20 years ago but it has not improved since. There were a few negative issues during our stays: We booked 2 rooms and one of them were on the 14 floors, we need to walk up a flight of stairs without elevator along with 3 heavy luggages. I need an extension cord for my apnea machine for there were no plugs by the bed and the hotel doesn’t have any extension cord. My bathroom floor was flooded after we came back from shopping and we never turned on the faucet since the morning, after complaining, they sent a cleaning lady to moped the floor and tell me to called if that happened again. The breakfast in the hotel was terrible, the dim sum was worse than the one we brought from the supermarket. The only positive is the room is quite spacious compared to other Hong Kong hotels.

Reception has expectionally poor English. I asked for a late check-out and the female reception lady said yes. Turns out she did not understand what late check-out is and asked me to leave before the requested late check out. I would have been less rushed if it was told with proper English that late check-out was not available.

I found at least 3 to 4 cockroaches inside my room. It is unacceptable. I reported this to the front desk, and they just said it will be reported to their manager.

Room 249 is supper noise, as there are two big ventilation fans located outside the windows and also it is the same level of the bridge. Besides, there were plenty of chinese smoking in the hotel, the hotel staff didn't not take any action, just allow them to smoking
