There is no 24/7 staff at the desk. The inside of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Make sure you dress warm because there may as well not be any heaters for how well they work. The only time we met the manager was when he tried to extort money from us under the table by posing as a police officer. Claiming one of us had abused another guest there on camera. Which if his accusation was true would have been an instant police call anywhere especially since it supposedly happened right in front of the camera. If you are a foreigner visiting Krakow this is not the hotel for you.
