It’s a beautiful hotel, once you find it. It’s very hard to find in the middle of a busy and crowded old town street. They need better signs and awnings. The room was beautiful, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was very nice. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible if you plan to do your makeup and hair. It’s so dim you can’t see anything. Nice and quiet,even for being right on the street side. Recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic location. 5 minutes from most of the main attractions and from the main square which is beautiful. Room had everything we needed; iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot and cold options as well as extras you could order with no extra cost. Would definitely stay again

I travel extensively and this must be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishing and decor are modern, clean and faultless. The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.

This a pretty hotel, very well located and convenient for shopping and dining. I gave 5 stars for the VIP access despite not receiving it completely because the staff tried their best to make me happy, room upgrade was not available but they upgraded me two levels and I only paid for one. The customer service was amazing from reception to the restaurant staff, I can't thank them enough, brilliant Hotel 👏

Extremely good customer service. we were helped by Kamil and Kamil at the front desk. they both took their time to help us with restaurant suggestions, itinerary planning and even weather updates! the location is great. I loved how quiet the room was. would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Krakow.

Beautiful hotel in a street leading from main square. The interior of hotel is very pleasing on the eye, a tastefully renovated old palace. I benefitted from a room upgrade and it was faultless, very comfortable and serene. I would not hesitate in recommending Unicus Palace and hope to return one day.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend trip to Kraków! The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. The location was walking distance from the market square. Definitely would stay here again if I return!

No Tv or any music in the room . We had a Best apartment in the hotel No one was abble to fix it Lights are in the room only with one switch making impossible to make nice atmosphere. Nice building and location with terrible experience.

This is a very good hotel. Clearly recently renovated, appliances are new. Reception employees are excellent. They raise overall the rating of the hotel to me. Polite, accommodating, attentive, kind and approachable, professional and multilingual. Room functionality was off you can hear what happens in the room next to you: we woke up one night from people having sex. Very clear audio. Everytime other room occupant close the door, the lamps in our room would shake loudly. Function for room service/do not disturb didn’t work. Heat/AC didn’t work properly, always blasting cold air, and if turned off - it would get hot and stuffy quickly. Mattress was covered with a plastic protectors which makes you sweat, so points taken for that. Giving this hotel 4 Stars because of location, newly renovated interior, and wonderful employees.
