Things we didn’t like: people smoking pot. Outside lights on door were too bright and with no curtains and only blinds, was hard to sleep. There was Hair in bathroom when arrived. Mattresses need changing as well as carpet. Liked ocean front view and porch and ease of parking.

The room was clean and staff was great. The parking was the problem. The lot is tiny and only small vehicles could maneuver a parking spot without hitting another car. Only one vehicle per customer was a problem since my son drove separately. I ended up paying to park my truck on the street because of the aggravation of trying to squeeze in and out of tiny spots.

Liked the beautiful oceanview, the cleanliness of the room, and the bed was very comfortable. As we are seniors it would have been nice to not have so many steps to walk up to get to our room. I know that can't be fixed because of the age of the property. When we returned home I saw that an additional $160.00 was charged to my AMEX, which was a pet fee that should have been waived because my dog is a service animal. I called and the manager took care of the refund for me.

Quick one night stay. Had difficulty getting into room with key pad, front desk was very responsive and was able to get in with key. Beds were noisy. Had a very nice view of the beach. Wi-Fi worked well. Could work on cleanliness as the bathroom floor still had sand. Plenty of towels were provided. Had a small kitchenette area.
