Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Rowing boat. 800 m long very bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 20 km, bus stop 6.9 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, lake Aborrasjön 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 1.5 km.
