Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation comprises :
- a living room with a double rapido convertible bed;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- and an Italian-style shower room.

One of the flat's assets is its brightness: its 4.5 m2 balcony faces due west, so you can enjoy plenty of light every evening. It has a reserved parking space outside in the secure car park adjoining the building, as well as a secure bicycle storage area in the basement.
It is also very popular for its location. It is located :
- 50 m from the beach ;
- 2 minutes' walk from the AquaBaule aquatic centre (indoor and outdoor heated seawater pools, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and salt grotto);
- close to a bus stop (Lila Presqu'île) and an electric bike station (Les Vélos Baulois);
- equidistant from the 2 shopping avenues, Lajarrige and Charles de Gaulle.

## Emplacement
La Baule is a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, part of the Côte d'Amour, between Le Pouliguen and Pornichet.
The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its town center boasts remarkable architecture.
Every year, it hosts the famous La Baule triathlon. Nearby, the Brière Regional Nature Park and the medieval town of Guérande.
