200 meters from the sea, the beaches and the city center, we welcome you in this beautiful, cozy, comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of our house overlooking a beautiful private courtyard facing south/west allowing you to enjoy an outdoor space for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners.

Housing

This accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, one of which has a shower room, a separate bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine). The bedrooms are all equipped with a desk, a TV and a shelf/wardrobe for clothes.

A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) will allow you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family and/or friends.

Access

You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as the private courtyard.

A parking space is reserved for you during your stay.

Neighborhood and environment

The neighborhood is ideally located, close to all amenities and the sea. You can buy fresh produce at the weekly market under the covered market or walk to restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, a cinema, or a shopping mall. The proximity to the beach and the sea makes this neighborhood an ideal place for relaxation but also for sports - swimming, running, cycling along the coast, sailing, or playing tennis.

Transport

You can do everything on foot - the city center, the sea, and the beaches are 200 meters away, or a 3-minute walk. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. By car, Pornic is 10 minutes away, Saint-Nazaire 30 minutes, and Nantes 50 minutes.
