Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 190 m² house with swimming pool and mountain views which can accommodate up to 8 guests and is located in La Bresse. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided subject to availability)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- A summer lounge with kitchen and direct access to the garden and swimming pool

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A private (unheated) 8x4m swimming pool, covered by a shelter and open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual, subject to weather conditions).
- A terrace and small garden of around 60 m², on the ground floor, with parasol and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second large terrace of around 140 m², on the 2nd floor, with parasol and furniture, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
- A lovely 200 m² sunny enclosed garden

The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment and just a 10-minute walk from public transport. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a summer and winter sports resort. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:
In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (3 minutes away by car), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.
In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1h15 away).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house, which can accommodate one vehicle, or in the car park in front of the house, which can accommodate 3 other vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont 26 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy-Lorraine 165 km (about 2 hours by car)
You will need a car to fully enjoy the region.

- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided, subject to availability. Please ask when booking.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
