Clean room. Staff was very attentive. Bathrooms could be updated to be more comfortable and have more modern plumbing. It was really good for the area is located (there's not much things around). Hotel restaurant/bar had great food!

We ended up booking this hotel after missing a connecting flight, and what a surprise it turned out to be. The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal is a stunning property steeped in history and elegance. Every room showcases beautiful French architecture that feels like stepping back in time—it’s regal, refined, and full of charm. You can truly sense the 100-year legacy throughout the estate. The staff were exceptional, living up to the high standards you’d expect from the InterContinental brand—warm, helpful, and professional. Despite the hiccup in our travel plans, this hotel turned the night into an unexpected highlight of our trip. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a blend of luxury, history, and outstanding service.
