The listed ** studio in the attic is located on the top and 4th floor (elevator to the 3rd floor) in a building in the heart of the village next to the church. It is 23m² and includes:
- A living room with 2 single beds (90cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm);
- A kitchen area;
- A shower room with toilet;
- View of the slopes;

Please note: We recommend this accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child to ensure a comfortable stay.

EQUIPMENT:

Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster; Microwave, oven/grill, raclette set, fondue set, hair dryer, ski locker in the basement of the building.

PARKING:

No private parking. Parking at the foot of the building is paid or with a blue disc. (no parking on Mondays - Weekly market).
Parking at the entrance to the village "Salon des Dames" or "Centre du village". Free outside the winter season. 7 minutes walk.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune of Haute Savoie situated at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including the Mont Blanc. Winter and summer, you will be able to recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), so you can wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
