The Space:

This family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. With A/C throughout and space for up to 8 guests, it's ideal for multi-generational families or small groups. The layout is open and inviting, with plenty of natural light and cozy areas to relax.



The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook at home, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, and microwave. There’s also a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and several smart TVs where you can log into your favorite streaming apps.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy the private pool and a jacuzzi on the balcony of the master bedroom — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. There's also a foosball table for family fun and private parking for 2 cars.

✔ Free daily access for up to 8 adults

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Tamarán gated development, the villa offers a peaceful setting just 5 minutes by car to Bucerías and La Cruz. These beach towns are known for their local charm, artisan markets, seafood spots, and family-friendly beaches.

10 min to Marina Riviera Nayarit

30 min to Sayulita

35 min to Puerto Vallarta International Airport

This is an excellent base for exploring the Riviera Nayarit.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for flexibility, though taxis and rideshares are available in the area.

The villa has space for 2 vehicles.

Taxis and rideshare apps like Uber or inDrive may be available depending on the time of day. The beach club is walkable (approx. 15 minutes).



Other Things to Note:

No smoking inside the villa

No parties or events allowed

Minipool is located on the master bedroom balcony

Pool and minipool (jacuzzi) are not heated
