Just a few steps from the famous medieval market and the port of La Flotte, this pleasant 38 m² house welcomes you for a stay on the Island of Ré. Ideally located near shops, restaurants and the sea, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a friendly and typical village setting.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant 25 m² terrace, ideal for sharing meals or relaxing after a day of exploring the island.



Inside, the house has a functional living area. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a decorative fireplace and a television, perfect for relaxation moments after your long exploration days on the island. The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything necessary to cook as if at home.



At night, the house offers two sleeping areas:

- Bedroom (not closed) (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Living room (ground floor): a sofa bed that transforms into a double bed (140x190)



A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer is available upstairs.
