Welcome to Rocky Ridge Lodge and Hidden Timbers Lodge, two luxurious and relaxing vacation homes located on the stunning shores of Norris Lake in Tennessee, together known as Twin Timbers Lodge. With a total of 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, these beautiful lodges share a property line, have 2-1/2 acres of combined land area and can accommodate up to 38 guests, boasting breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

ROCKY RIDGE LODGE features spacious 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and is easily accessible with ground level outside entrances for both levels, making it perfect for large groups looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation. The lodge is also equipped with high speed internet and a coffee bar with a variety of coffee makers, including a ninja coffee maker, frother, pour-over, French press, coffee grinder, and Keurig machine with enough pods and beans to get you started. There are also enough coffee mugs for your entire group to enjoy. Step outside to either of the two covered porches, one of which is screened-in, where the entire group can enjoy meals at the large 16ft custom walnut table while taking in the stunning mountain and lake views. The porch also features a large outdoor kitchen bar with a Blackstone grill for BBQs and gatherings. The lodge is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts, with thousands of miles of ATV trails just 1.8 miles away and plenty of parking for trailers and side by sides. The property is conveniently located on a one acre lot near marinas and town, but is situated on a quiet dead end road in a peaceful cove. You can even ride your ATVs from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! The lodge is just minutes from Tank Springs trail head of Cumberland trail on Sundquist unit, which connects to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek, and you can stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks before heading out on the trails. After a day of riding, stop for dinner in town. Paddle boards and kayaks are also provided for guests to use, and the lodge is a great spot for fishing. There are also hiking trails nearby for those looking to explore the great outdoors.

Hidden Timbers Lodge is an elaborate modern log cabin with personal touches, including a handmade black cherry mantle on the four-sided fireplace in the living room with TV’s on all sides and a handmade black walnut dining room table. The cabin also has a central coffee bar and a variety of outdoor seating options to enjoy your morning coffee. While you're here, it's clear that this cove is a special place secluded from road and water traffic, while still being only a seven minute drive from town. The cabin provides kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use, and is a great spot for fishing. There are also hiking trails nearby for those looking to explore the great outdoors. Both properties also offer two brand new tritoon boats, two 2022 jet skis, and a golf cart available to rent!

-2 Large, outdoor hot tubs recessed into the patio with a perfect view of the lake (one at each cabin!)
-Large gazebo firepit with five full size swings only steps from the water
-24’ outdoor covered tiki bar with swings in the sand on one side and barstools on top of the patio on the other side
-Central four-sided electronic fireplace with smart TVs on all sides
- While it’s not normal on this lake, we have High Speed Internet with a full WiFi mesh system at the lodges giving strong Wi-Fi around the entire property all the way to the dock and into the water!
-Full kitchen with all necessary cooking accessories
-Propane grill and Blackstone grill at Hidden Timbers and another Blackstone at Rocky Ridge
-Charcoal grill at the water
-Coffee bar with a 12-cup brew machine, K-cup machine (16 k-cups provided to start), automatic coffee grinder (full 12 oz whole beans provided for each cabin), French press, and pour-over carafe at both cabins

Our hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned and filled with fresh water between every single guests stay!

Guests have access to full cabins, outdoor areas, entire 2-1/2 acre property, covered dock, 3 firepit areas. Ect. You will have access to park 6-8 vehicles on the paved areas of one property (Hidden Timbers), also 10-12 vehicles (or 4-6 trucks and trailers) at the other property (Rocky Ridge). If needed, there is also overflow parking between both properties. (ask about more if needed)

We also have two tritoon boats for rent by the week and two 2022 jetskis that can be sitting in the dock gassed up and ready to go when you arrive. Boat details are below.

Sylvan L-3 DLZ BAR is a 24' tritoon boat with a 250HP super high output engine. It was the winner of the NMMA innovation award for its unique fold down bar. Flip the bar down to reveal a comfortable rear facing lounge for multiple people to lay out and enjoy the sun, or flip it up and enjoy a perfect entertaining area with 4 height adjustable and swivel bar stools to chill and drink your favorite cold beverage!
There is an extra large DOUBLE zip together Bimini top for all the shade you would want. (Or dry cover in the rain!)
Bluetooth connect your own device to the JL audio 6 speaker stereo system and just enjoy the day on the water. Audio has controllers at helm and at the bar!

The water level is higher in the spring/summer and lower in the fall/winter, however we always have the dock available.
