    Ground floor: living room, kitchen/dining room, shower room, WC, laundry room. Access to these last three rooms is via three steps.

    Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds), WC. 2 private terraces (1 at the front of the gîte, 1 at the rear), garden furniture, plancha grill. Small pond nearby.
    Two other gîtes on the property: H85G009929 (sleeps 5) and H85G009930 (sleeps 6, wheelchair accessible). Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
    Electric heating included.
    Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax.
