This spacious duplex features a separate entrance and ample parking, a grassy outdoor yard, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half bath, a bar and game area, a large kitchen with an adjacent dining room, a living room with a wood fireplace, 2 large terraces, a propane barbecue, and much more! The duplex is located in Pointe-au-Pic, next to the beautiful Parc du Havre and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Charlevoix Casino, and more. By staying at the Grand Duplex of Maison du Havre, you can enjoy various summer activities offered at the park, such as yoga on some weekend mornings and outdoor shows in the evenings. You will also be within walking distance of the evening projections by Cité Mémoire Charlevoix and the Charlevoix Museum.
