You love Provence, nature and tranquility so this magical place is for you. A property consisting of a swimming pool, three cabins on one hectare surrounded by vineyards, petanque and nearby a riding school. The main shed of about 35 m2 is composed of a kitchen dining room, a mezzanine, a shower, a WC. The second shed of about 20 m2 has a large bed and a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with toilet. The 3rd Lavender color cottage of approximately 10 m2 is for one person or 6 beds. Plus 250 m2 of outdoor spaces are at your disposal to fully enjoy this little paradise.

Wonderful Summer holiday house

A beautiful picturesque house in a beautiful setting. From the swimming pool you look at the green mountains of the Luberon. When it is dark you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. The house is not big, but offers everything for a wonderful summer holiday

Deux semaines authentiques

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© ici pendant deux semaines en famille (2 adultes, 2 ados, 1 enfant). C'est un endroit parfait pour qui veut passer des vacances authentiques, au calme et en pleine nature. Nous qui souhaitions nous dĂ©connecter et nous retrouver en famille, c'Ă©tait parfait. Les espaces intĂ©rieurs sont trĂšs petits mais les paysages et les environs sont immenses. Il faut donc aimer vivre et manger dehors. Les cabanons Ă©taient parfaits pour nos ados qui prĂ©fĂšrent l'indĂ©pendance et pour nous qui voulions un peu d'intimitĂ©. Une seule ombre au tableau : Les plantes en plastique et la poupĂ©e accrochĂ©e Ă  la clĂŽture ne sont pas indispensables. Vous devriez privilĂ©gier une dĂ©coration plus naturelle et plus cohĂ©rente avec le lieu. Important Ă  savoir pour les futurs locataires : - Les linteaux (qui dĂ©limitent la hauteur des portes intĂ©rieures) sont particuliĂšrement bas. Nous nous sommes tous cognĂ© au moins une fois. - Il y a trĂšs peu d'intimitĂ© pour les douches et WC - La piscine est situĂ©e "Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison" ce qui oblige Ă  en faire le tour pour y accĂ©der. Ce n'est pas vraiment un problĂšme en soit mais ça peut l'ĂȘtre si on doit ĂȘtre prĂ©sent pour surveiller un enfant par exemple. - Il ne faut pas avoir peur des petits animaux nocturnes En conclusion : MalgrĂ© quelques petits inconvĂ©nients esthĂ©tiques et pratiques, nous avons passĂ© deux semaines inoubliables et avons adorĂ© la rĂ©gion. Le luxe ici, c'est l'emplacement : Ă  la fois isolĂ© et proche de tout.

Au pied du Lubéron

Location isolée ( à quelques centaines de mÚtres de la Motte d'Aigues) au pied du Lubéron idéale pour se ressourcer en famille . Si vous aimez le calme , la campagne cet endroit est parfait . La maison est bien située pour visiter la région , faire de la randonnée , du trail , du VTT et trÚs proche de l'étang de la Bonde . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , bonne adresse . Merci

Paradis au bout du vallon

Kleines Paradies an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in LOU PARADIES verbracht. Das Objekt bietet alles, was man braucht; gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, tolle Umgebung. PrĂ€chtig angelegter Pool in voller Natur..... Wer Zikadengesang mag, ist hier willkommen. Nett eingerichtete Zimmer; alles in KĂŒche und Bad (inklusive Abwaschmaschine) hat bestens funktioniert. Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zu diversen AusflĂŒgen, per Auto, Velo, auch zu Fuss ein. Am liebsten wĂŒrde ich da lĂ€ngere Zeit verbringen; grossartige Landschaft : ein Mix zwischen Agrar-und naturbelassener Landschaft. Einziger negativer Punkt : Wer auf Wifi nicht verzichten kann, könnte evtl. enttĂ€uscht werden oder mĂŒsste sich selbst organisieren. Bei uns hat der Empfang sehr schlecht funktioniert und auch sehr langsam!! Gut ist, wer sich schon zuhause zusĂ€tzliche Daten organisiert. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr darum bemĂŒht, aber offensichtlich lag das Problem bei Orange :(

Schöne Unterkunft fĂŒr 4 Personen - Beau logement pour quatre personnes

Uns hat die Unterkunft besser gefallen als Anne D. Sehr gut ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Außerhalb des Ortes im GrĂŒnen waren wir ganz fĂŒr uns. Bis spĂ€t abends spielten wir Karten auf der schönen Terrasse, hörten Musik, unterhielten uns und brauchten uns keine Sorgen machen, dass wir Nachbarn stören könnten. Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet und der große KĂŒhlschrank sehr gut. Im Haupthaus wurde es beim Kochen zwar sehr warm, aber dank der kĂŒhlen NĂ€chte war das ok. Das 20 mÂČ Haus am Pool war sehr schön, 5 Sterne dafĂŒr. Auch die Außenanlagen haben uns sehr gut gefallen mit Terrasse, Pool, Patz zum Sonnen, und Boule-Platz. Mit unserer Vermieterin lief alles reibungslos. Schwachpunkt war das 10 mÂČ Haus. Dort ĂŒbernachtete die 17jĂ€hrige Tochter unserer Freunde. Es hat weder Bad noch WC (in der Beschreibung stehen 3 BĂ€der!) und muss dringend renoviert werden. Dort sind in der Tat zu viele Tierchen unterwegs, die tĂ€glich fĂŒr schwarze Punkt auf der BettwĂ€sche sorgten. DafĂŒr nur 1 Stern. Nicht so gut war zudem die Sauberkeit in den HĂ€usern zu Beginn. Dass man vor der Nutzung GlĂ€ser und Geschirr besser spĂŒlt, finden wir allerdings normal. Der Pool wurde nicht wöchentlich gereinigt, wir haben deswegen aber auch nicht angerufen. Insgesamt fanden wir die Unterkunft gut, haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt und geben 4 Sterne.

Le Paradou, le bonheur d’une maison atypique

Venez dĂ©couvrir une habitation oĂč vacances riment avec dĂ©brouille. PrĂ©voyez suffisamment d’eau minĂ©rale car ce n’est que 1 heure avant votre arrivĂ©e que vous recevrez un petit message vous avertissant que la maison n’est pas fournie en eau de ville et que l’eau de source n’a pas Ă©tĂ© analysĂ©e en cours d’annĂ©e. Apprenez Ă©galement au prĂ©alable Ă  maintenir vos aliments, et dans mon cas les mĂ©dicaments, avec un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur ne permettant pas de descendre en dessous de 14°C. Pour les plus dĂ©brouillards, vous recevrez un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur de dĂ©pannage au bout de 4 jours (en sachant que nous sommes arrivĂ©s en pleine canicule avec une tempĂ©rature de 45°C). Pour les vacanciers toujours prĂ©sents, les vacances sont enfin mĂ©ritĂ©es. Venez donc dĂ©couvrir les joies d’un cabanon principal sans rĂ©elle luminositĂ© ou moyen d’aĂ©ration. Ceci vous permettra, lorsque vous tentez de cuisiner, de chauffer un peu plus la piĂšce ainsi que la superbe mezzanine/chambre oĂč la tempĂ©rature sera proche du sauna. En parlant de cuisine, prĂ©voyez de faire une bonne vaisselle avant la premiĂšre utilisation. Effectivement, quand la propriĂ©taire fĂȘte une occasion la veille, vous saurez quel Ă©tait le menu en voyant la vaisselle Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. Important, les animaux sont les bienvenus au Paradou. A votre arrivĂ©e, vous constaterez les innombrables espĂšces vivantes comme les araignĂ©es, les fournis constamment prĂ©sentes dans les tiroirs et sur le plan de travail mais Ă©galement les espĂšces qui sont venues finir leur vie dans ce paradis comme les insectes des chaque coins, sur le sol, les rideaux ou dans les verres de la cuisine (peut-ĂȘtre mĂȘme dans les armoires vue l’odeur qui en sort). Bien que trĂšs peu lumineuse, cette maison suscite la fraternitĂ© et la vie en communautĂ© mĂȘme jusqu’aux toilettes oĂč vous avez le choix entre une porte rabotĂ©e en-dessous comme au-dessus ou un merveilleux rideau transparent. Sous ce beau soleil de Provence, profitez Ă©galement d’une piscine avec une eau sans cesse renouvelĂ©e car une fuite provoque une perte d’eau de 5 Ă  10cm/jour. Sans ĂȘtre spĂ©cialiste des piscines, peut-ĂȘtre que c’est une mĂ©thode pour nettoyer ce liner noirci dans le fond. Une des trois merveilleuses chambres vous permettra nĂ©anmoins de vous reposer sous une chaleur accablante dans des draps aĂ©rĂ©s avec l’aide de nos amis les mites. Les Mac Gyver seront les bienvenus car si le besoin d’un ventilateur vous est nĂ©cessaire, il vous faudra d’abord fixer les prises qui sortent du mur

Repos et dépaysement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et avons beaucoup apprécié le calme des lieux. Un cadre idéal au milieu des vignes et face au massif du Lubéron. Les 2 cabanons de part et d'autre de la piscine, permettent à chacun de garder son intimité. Randonnées et découvertes du patrimoine ont rythmé nos vacances dans cette remarquable région. Un grand merci à Suzette pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous conseillons ce gßte.
