Stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing! Beautiful beach and views. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and service was excellent . Taxis take 5 min to arrive. It’s about 20 min from Malecon so I’d recommend you rent a car instead. We spent too much money on ride share and taxi. We also had room service and food at the beach - everything was good! I can’t wait to return.

We were very happy with our vacation at Hotel Indigo, it was a great experience for our family of four. It was safe for families with children, amenities were great, there was the hotel pool and the beach club pool that was very convenient for being at the beach club all day. The beach is in a bay so there are no waves and you can walk out pretty far into the ocean. There are inflatables in the middle of the bay you can swim out to, for lounging and one with a slide. We rented paddle boards and went to a secluded beach area near by that was nice. The food and restaurants were

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel offers internal transportation between its restaurants, which is very convenient, though parking is valet-only. There are two pools (one with a bar) — nice but nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and that they’re generous with water bottles. The gym is small with limited equipment, but the AC kept the room comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff helped me arrange a car rental. They offer many services, but you usually have to ask to find out (like transportation to nearby restaurants). It’s family-friendly, a bit farther from the Malecón, but taxis are easily arranged. Would stay again.
