THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 42m² 3-room flat is located on the 4th floor and is equipped for 7 people. It comprises:
On the first floor
- a mezzanine with 1 BZ sofa and 1 TV
- a bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x90cm)
- a shower with toilet
Ground floor
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- living room with 1 TV
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor fan, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
- a shower with washing machine
- separate toilet
The balcony overlooks the resort and faces west. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking flat / Pets not allowed
No wifi.

THE RESIDENCE :
La Clef is a residence on the edge of the Coches piste and very close to the resort centre and shops. It offers a magnificent view of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the nursery and ESF. There's plenty of entertainment in the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences, which can be booked through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Rental of DOUBLE duvet cover kit : 30 €.
